This is the last song on my album "when you feel like dying", that I'v been releasing one by one as NFTs on Sound. I wrote this one before any of the other songs on the album, and it began the folk era for me. It went through several iterations of production before I found the right fit for it. I also did about 30 different mix passes for it before it was perfect. Ergo, this song caused me a lot of stress, which is fitting because it's about a person who caused me lots of stress.
