The end of the world is a lofi/emo rap sample based song recorded last year in 2022. The world ending is a metaphor that I used to describe covid and a breakup that I went through at the time. It felt like the world was ending and I couldn't spend it with the one I want. And feeling like if I could just be with them that it would make the world ending worth it and I wouldn't care about it as much. It's okay being cooped up in a house on lockdown if you are doing it with someone that you really love; that's such a beautiful thing. But also so hard to accept when you realize that this isn't always the case and that sometimes the world is ending and not only are you alone, you are now alone with the memory of knowing how good it could feel to be in love and the heartbreak that person left behind.
