This is a protest song about the never ending street construction in our beloved city of New Orleans. The city, in a desperate attempt to get the rest of the federal funding allocated from Hurricane Katrina before the expiration date, decided to release every street/plumbing improvement contract at once. Our streets have been torn up for the past 3-4 years, with no end of completion in site. We are pissed the fuck off with the current administration's lack of competence on any matter, but specifically related to crime, trash, scheduling or quality control. The wheels are falling off our vehicles, that's if they haven't been car jacked or stolen. This place is in ruins, help us spread the word.
