Growing up I looked up to Dizzy Wright and was highly inspired by his music. I spent years working on music of my own and creating a name for myself. Taught myself how to record vocals and engineer them. After years of writing and releasing music I slowly got better and better at producing my own music. Everything being recorded in my bedroom with equipment I saved up for a slowly purchased along my music journey. Over the course of those years I was on a mission to once day get Dizzy Wright on one of my songs. Contacting his management multiple times and sending over song after song trying to make something work. After pounding the pavement long enough I found myself working on this song. Getting ready to release it, something felt like it was missing... So shooting my shot like any hungry artist would do, I sent the files to Dizzy's team and asked to give it a listen. After a couple days I got an email back saying he heard the track and he loved it. I went back to work on the song chopping it up so that there could be an open verse for Dizzy to work with. The rest was history. This song is proof that no matter who you are or how big your name is, Working hard and staying consistent will pay off. Do what you love and dream big
