"WILT" was written during a period of ”relationship limbo" — where hope lingers amid impending endings. This song marks the first release from a collection of tracks that Jeremy Lloyd (of Marian Hill and clear eyes) and I have been working on this last year, and we plan to unveil them over the course of the upcoming year. The project explores various stages of a breakup or the conclusion of a relationship, with "WILT" serving as the opening chapter in this story.
