When you go through certain struggles or situations, it can really impact your positivity and make it difficult to constantly put your energy in to engaging with everyday activities. It is especially made difficult when some people in your life - weather its work colleagues, partners or people you thought were friends - lie to you for their own benefit and make it difficult for you to thrive in being who you are as they drain your life force and you drown in all of life's obstacles.
