Velvet Meadow releases last single off his upcoming 16 track psych pop album "Never Want To Leave My Head". Utilizing crazy bombastic synth tones, and lazy guitar tones. Velvet Meadow pushed the traditional pop music boundaries with "Making Friends". At almost 5 minutes, you endure a long wavy ride of driven synthesizers, and counter vocal melodies that create a unique and chaotic soundscape. "I wrote this song after a bad encounter at a party with some friends. They made me feel as if I was the black sheep, and excluded from their social circle. So I wrote about it the next day haha. It worked out really well, because this track tied in with my albums whole concept. Feeling weird socially around people."
