Recording Angel was a very fun and interesting process. Darius Alexander Baharlo and Elie Samouhi began writing it in July 2023, meeting up in Calabasas, California. After the main writing was done, Darius went off to Syracuse University to study at The Bandier Program for Recording and Entertainment Industries. From here, he was bouncing sound files, tracks, and notes from to Elie in Los Angeles and vice versa. The shared vision, dedicated hours, constant and honest communication, and overall love and passion for making music between Darius and Elie is what allowed for such a fun and meaningful result in the form of a song. We hope you love Angel just as much as we loved making it.
