This is one of those songs I don’t even really remember making. It was me, Solarrio, & Left Brain at a lab in Noho making beats and next thing I know I’m rhyming jukebox with “owopbabbaloobop” on my Little Richard 😂. I probably didn’t hear it again for a few months but the next time I did I knew we needed X on it. Sent it to him, he did what he did and the rest is history. Once Katrina contacted me about collaborating with Sound.xyz to do the drop it was a perfect opportunity to further use the blockchain to create new ways of exhibiting art to the world, especially since one version of the song is already out on DSPs. In my signature style, I created exclusive artwork derived from the original as well as some other limited edition goodies and experiences that only collectors will have access to. We’re only scratching the surface of the capabilities the blockchain allows. The future’s yesterday at this point. I’m thrilled. -Sahtyre
