“This track was written with no intention of releasing. It was pure therapy and that is why it is getting released with Gongal. They are both sort of just expressions of raw emotions. Not worrying about structure or listenability, the decisions made were made because they provided me with some insight into my emotions and mental state. This is the therapy side of music-making for me
