"Stone" hits close to home for me. It's about what it feels like to love someone who just doesn't let you in, you know? Like you're constantly hitting a wall. It's really about that push and pull – wanting to be close, yet needing your own space because sometimes, that closeness can be too much when it's not fully returned. Writing this song was like a heart-to-heart with myself, realizing it's okay to want more and it's okay to say, 'Hey, I need a minute.' It's pretty much me learning out loud that taking care of myself isn't selfish. It's necessary.
