Neuroud is the unfolding of Chapter 0 (Initiation) of the worlds contained in Naye. Neuroud is a planet discovered and under observation by a team of Artisa's (Engineers) tasked to do so by the Athenaye (The library). They come across a shrine set up by unknown entities that are facing the Black Hole sun that the planet orbits around, and the shrines seem to harness and possess the qualities of the black hole sun. Neuroud started originally as an idea fruited by Anurag Aka Rakuuth as an experiment with distortions of performative Arabic Oud sounds paired with south Indian percussions such as Kanjira and Chendas. The intro starts with syncopating strings of oud marching with some of the sampled percussions from the Himalayas. The project was bounced to Sean aka Noizbleed, experimenting with incorporating a Drum n Bassesque neuro basslines with tones of rolling percussions of South India instead. The extreme rolling of traditional Indian drum grooves naturally gelled with the neuro basslines at a faster tempo, hence a decision was made to skew the tempo up to 186 BPM instead of the traditional 172 DnB. Being brought up in Kerala and living many years in Tamil Nadu, Rakuuth has been exposed to various cultures and soulfully rich sounds. Inspired by traditional South Indian folk and electronic music which he has been pioneering for the past six years, Rakuuth explores an ambitious route in combining both worlds creatively through a unique and dynamic sound that’s rooted in the culture. Rakuuth believes that opposites will always work well together. That notion is the driving force behind Rakuuth putting together art in an unconventional way. With a well-defined roadmap and pipelined releases, Rakuuth is all set to appeal to a wide demographic through culturally rich and dynamic projects featuring multiple underground and mainstream artists. Rakuuth aims to bring his vision of Rakuuth's world to life which will witness a creative liberation through music and visual arts powered by artificial intelligence. Noizbleed was formerly a trio bass music project hailing from (Barkur, Manipal, Udupi) India, currently being piloted by Anirudh Sean Gonsalves as a solo act. Noizbleed primarily ranges from DnB, Halftime and IDM music that has garnered support from acts such as Mr.Bill, Glitch Mob, Noisia, Chee and more with releases on Saturate, Vision, JWALA and more. The project has also been responsible for some award-winning and groundbreaking scores (BIFFES, Emmy, Cannes Film- festival, etc.) films, commercials and documentaries. Dabbling into a balance of film sound and leftfield bass music, the project strives to push the boundaries of electronic music by capturing sounds of local nether regions of Udupi into bass music while simultaneously pushing bass music influences onto the region's film industry.
