I fell in love and everything about my life changed. I moved to a new state across the country to be with her and built a tiny studio in basically a large closet of our one bedroom apartment. I became good friends with her best friend's husband and we started writing music together and recording it ourselves in that tiny studio. This was the second song we wrote together and was definitely born from the experience of the three years of my life leading up to the moment I met her. I know what this song means to me and where it fits in my life. My hope is that the magic I feel in this track extends beyond my own experience of it. I hope when you listen to it it gives you chills and you find your own synchronicities within it. I hope the melody brings you moments of nostalgia and at times feelings of euphoria.
