I’m someone who is an over-thinker. I spend a lot of time in my head, worrying & not focusing on the present. So as you can imagine, when I go out dancing, this is something that doesn’t really stop. This song was created to help remind me to zone in on the music and tune out all the bullshit. Oh, and there’s a fun little French poem at the end :)
