The inspiration for my track "Mic Check" emerged from a captivating vocal sample, where the Grime MC repeatedly checks the mic, saying, "Mic testing, 1, 2..." This loop became the rhythmic foundation, perfectly aligning with the gritty bassline synth that draws from Bass House music. Building on this core, I incorporated Tech House drums that gradually intensify, creating a pulsating buildup to an anticipated drop. The interplay between Tech House grooves and Bass House elements injects an energetic dynamism, turning the track into an immersive experience for listeners seeking a bold, bass-heavy vibe.
