The best way to kick off the ride to PEACEANDPOWER Planet is with this declaration. I've been working on the full project with my band's co-founder, music director, and bassist Criston Oates along with mixing and mastering engineer Cadauni "Dononthboards" Sapp since 2020 after the pandemic hit. The album is comprised of well-seasoned songs I've been performing live with The PEACEANDPOWER Band since 2017. I've been hesitant to finish and release the work because my 2023 has been bonkers and I've been paralyzed by fear and overthinking. Is it enough? Is it too much? Is it too different? Will they care? Will they get it? Is it ready? Are they ready? Am I? Thankfully I've been on a healing journey and I've been getting closer to God, hearing more from my higher self. And I don't care what y'all think no more lol. Deadass. We here. We coming. Ready or Not.
