I made this track in my bedroom, dancing alone, laughing, head bopping, blowing out my vocals (and very possibly driving my neighbors crazy). I originally made it in jest though by the end was having a full body and out of body experience all at once. I spent 3 years working on a 8 song album. This was one of the songs. I had all this momentum behind me in 2019-March 2020 with plans to drop it around then. Had tones of labels, booking agents, managers, and tour possibilities knocking on my door. 2020 happened. All the possibilities faded. Except one label (not to be named) signed me and told me they were going to put out my record with passion and promise. Soon after they told me they didn't want to release my music because I didn't have enough Instagram or ticktock followers. With luck and the law on my side I was able to escape the grasp of this oppressor (the label). Flash Forward to now: Freedom! I am writing, producing, and creating more music than ever. Releasing all of my music into the world. Some music I self released (post escape) in 2022, and some music I will release for the first time on this platform. Thank you for having me. Let's Dance!!!
