"Drive!" stands as the fourth single from my latest EP, "Cold River," which I unveiled in March of this year. Reflecting on the journey from the song's inception to its release in March and now as it finds a home on Sound, it's a poignant experience. The track delves into my struggles with addiction, a subject that has undergone significant evolution since its creation. Although I've now reached almost five months of sobriety from both alcohol and substances, revisiting these themes remains a humbling reminder. Amidst the changes, I've discovered a sense of peace and harmony on my ongoing journey. I hope that, as I release this project for the second time, some of you can find resonance in the shared experience. Music possesses a timeless quality, prompting me to reconsider promoting these tracks again. There are listeners out there who may be encountering them for the first time, and to them, it's a novel experience. The essence of art and storytelling lies in perpetual promotion—always strive to share your authentic narrative with kindness and respect for yourself and others.
