Brooke and I met up one day to make music and she had been ruminating on cold showers. It's noble to do the right thing even when it sucks, avoiding temptation and pushing past distractions. Cold showers are great in theory, but what if they don't really give you what you need? What if the healthy thing bores you to death, strips away any sense of risk and adventure? We tried to draw that parallel to relationships in this indie DnB / stutter ukg crossover. That toxic relationship is wrong for you - but it feels so right. Practice moderation in moderation. Let the intrusive thoughts win for once. It's only human to lean in to the dark side once in a while and toss the angel on your shoulder.
